How Do I Dry Brush?
Step 1: If you have sensitive skin, we suggest applying Conscious Coconut Oil from head to toe before you start dry brushing.
Step 2: Start at your feet and work your way up, always towards the heart.
Step 3: For your arms, begin at your hands and work upwards towards the heart. For your stomach, work in a clockwise motion to mimic digestion.
Step 4: Shower after dry brushing to remove any dead skin + follow up with coconut oil to feed your opened pores with essential nutrients - your skin will be nourished and glowing!
