Maple Almond Latte
What You'll Need:
12 oz Brewed Coffee
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
⅓ cup Milk (or Plant-Based Milk)
4 drops Almond Extract
Cinnamon
How To:
1. Brew Coffee
2. While coffee brews, froth your milk (if you don’t have a frother: Heat milk up for 30-45 seconds until hot - then cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds for froth.)
3. Pour maple syrup into a mug then stir in coffee, frothed milk, and almond extract. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
Pumpkin Spice Latte
What You'll Need:
8 oz Oat Milk
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
½ tbsp ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground Cloves
4 oz Espresso
How To:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, coconut oil, and all but a dash of nutmeg and cloves. Stir and heat until warm then remove from heat.
2. Brew espresso and divide between two mugs. Pour milk mixture on top of espresso and top with remaining spices and a plant based whipped topping if desired.
Apple Cider Latte
What You'll Need:
1 cup of Coffee
1 cup Coconut Milk
¼ cup of Apple Sauce Sugar Free
3-4 tbsp of Honey
⅛ tsp Allspice
½ tsp Vanilla
How To:
1. Put everything but the coconut oil in a blender and puree.
2. Pour coconut oil over while blending
3. Pour into mug and enjoy warm or over ice!
Toasted Coconut Latte
What You'll Need for Toasted Coconut Milk:
2 cups Toasted Coconut Flakes
4 pitted Medjool Dates
3 cups Water
Pinch Salt
What You'll Need for latte:
1-2 Shots of Espresso OR ¼ cup Brewed Coffee
How To Toasted Coconut Milk:
1. Add the coconut to a lidded container and cover with water. Pop it in the fridge overnight.
2. Drain the coconut and add it to a high speed blender with the dates, Conscious Coconut oil, 3 cups of water, and a pinch of salt.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Strain the milk - can be stored in fridge 3-5 days
How To Latte:
1. Add 1 cup of toasted coconut milk to a glass of ice. Top with your coffee and enjoy!
