Skin Conditions in the Winter

One of the most common skincare conditions people are faced with is eczema. We touched on this a little bit in our most recent blog post. Coconut oil is an amazing treatment for chronic skin conditions due to the antimicrobial and antifungal properties we mentioned earlier. If you have any of these conditions, you can consume 2-3 tablespoons a day which is the recommended amount for treating eczema.
